Yes, we ship worldwide to most countries, with orders dispatching from our fulfillment center in Singapore.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on eligible orders.
Free Standard Shipping is eligible for all orders above SGD 100 (approximately USD 80) and will be automatically shown at checkout based on your order value and shipping address.
Free Express Shipping is eligible for orders above SGD 300 (approximately USD 230) and will be automatically shown at checkout. Free Express Shipping may not be available in all regions due to remote area or additional surcharges (DDP/demand surcharges/fuel/emergency/risk fees) applied by carriers. A discounted express shipping rate will be applied instead in that case.

How much is shipping to my country?
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s total value (after discounts) and your delivery destination. Higher order values may qualify for free and discounted shipping costs.
Please note that shipping fees for exchanges and returns are non-refundable. Additionally, shipping charges do not include any taxes or duties that may be required by your Customs upon delivery.
How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected. Please note that shipping times are estimates based on typical courier transit times and while we ship orders out quickly, delays caused by destination Customs or couriers are unfortunately out of our control.
Express Shipping: Est 2-4 working days
Standard Shipping: Est 6-15 working days (depending on destination country)
