Am I liable for VAT, duties and other import tariffs?
With effect from 1 Jul 2021, a new EU VAT package has been introduced and namokiMODS are fully compliant with the new laws.
All prices on our website are inclusive of EU VAT.
namokiMODS is currently absorbing a big portion of VAT and duties to minimize the effects for our EU customers.
All EU orders now ship Delivered Duties & Taxes Paid (DDP) so you can shop for your favourite mod parts with confidence!
All applicable import tariffs such as VAT, duties and courier handling fees are included in our shipping service.
What does this mean for me?
You won’t need to pay anything extra when your package arrives. No surprise customs bills, no inflated courier fees, and no risk of your order being held at customs. Just shop your favorite mod parts with confidence.
Am I eligible for free shipping?
Free Standard Airmail Shipping is eligible for all orders above SGD100 (approximately 55 GBP).

Free DHL Express Shipping** is eligible for orders above SGD 300 (approximately 200 EUR).
**Please note: While shipping is free, DHL Express charges a SGD 8 DDP brokerage & clearance fee per shipment, which will appear at checkout. This is a fixed fee charged directly by DHL and not something we can waive.
***Addresses with a remote area surcharge will show a discounted rate instead.
How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?
DHL Express Shipping: 2-4 working days
Standard Shipping: 10-14 working days (subject to unforeseen Postal Service delays)
