Am I liable for VAT, duties and other import tariffs?

With effect from 1 Jan 2021 and since Brexit, the United Kingdom has introduced new VAT laws and this affects all UK customers. We're happy to announce that namokiMODS is fully compliant with the new regulations.

All prices on our website are inclusive of UK VAT.

namokiMODS is currently absorbing a big portion of VAT and duties to minimize the effects for our UK customers.

All UK orders now ship Delivered Duties & Taxes Paid (DDP) so you can shop for your favourite mod parts with confidence!

All applicable import tariffs such as VAT, duties and courier handling fees are included in our shipping service. 

What does this mean for me?

The price you pay is all inclusive and no further payments or import tariffs will be required.

This means no more nasty surprises with additional customs duties and taxes, exorbitant courier handling fees or packages getting held up at customs! 

Am I eligible for free shipping?

Free Standard Shipping is eligible for all orders above SGD50 (approximately £26).

Free Express Shipping is eligible for orders above SGD200 (approximately £106).
