However, do note that there may be delays in shipping times as all carriers are currently operating within a tighter bandwidth. If you would like to circumvent these delays, it's best to opt for our Expedited Shipping option.
Discount codes may not be combined/stacked with other cart discount or promotions. For example, if you purchase a discounted case and bezel bundle, you will not be able to apply another discount code on top of that, as an automatic discount has already been applied to your cart.

We try our best to ensure that items that go out of stock are restocked as soon as possible. On average, you can expect it to take a few weeks for a product to be restocked. We are actively working on reducing this lead time.
In the meantime, we suggest that you sign up for restock notifications by tapping the "Notify Me When Available " button on the product page. This way, you'll receive an email as soon as the product is back in stock.
We don't want to keep our customers waiting, so we try to ship out all orders as soon as we can. As such, we are unable to accommodate requests to change items in your order, or change the shipping option.

We offer FREE expedited international delivery (2-3 business days) as an option to customers who purchase in excess of a certain amount. Customers in North America, Asia and Australasia enjoy free expedited shipping on all orders above USD150. Customers from other parts of the world will qualify for free expedited shipping for orders above USD200.
Our expedited shipping option should reach you within 2-3 business days.
For Singaporean customers, orders above SGD100 will qualify you for free Ninja Pack delivery.
When shipping to international addresses, the recipient of the package will be responsible for import duties, fees and taxes upon delivery of your international order. This charge is determined by your local customs authority.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

We try our best to get all orders processed and fulfilled as rapidly as humanly possible. Often, your orders will be processed and packed long before our fulfillment partner can be notified of your request to combine your orders into one shipment. Furthermore, with consolidated orders, there's a higher likelihood of mistakes being made during the fulfillment process.
To ensure that all orders are processed as quickly as possible, with less opportunity for error, we are unable to follow through on requests for multiple orders to be consolidated.
Kindly note that we are only able to process returns on products that are returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Returned products must also be in original, unused condition to be eligible. We do not accept returns,refunds or echanges for the watch movements that we sell. This is in line with the general industry practice for such watch parts.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package over to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you'd like to exchange an item, it's best to place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This ensures that your exchange item is in stock, and gets shipped to you without delays. When this is done, you can proceed with returning your original order for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
We highly recommend pairing our sloped inserts with a one of our domed sapphire crystal options (NMK301 or NMK302). The original Seiko crystal is flat. When paired with a sloped bezel insert, there will be a big gap between the original Seiko crystal and the insert.
If you'd like to use a flat bezel insert, you'll be fine sticking with the stock Seiko crystal. However, if you want to upgrade to a sapphire crystal option, check out our Sapphire Crystal collection (except for NMK302 - this is designed specifically for use with sloped bezel inserts).
If you're upgrading the crystal on your watch to one of our sapphire crystal options, it's perfectly fine to re-use the crystal gasket that came on your watch.
If you're starting a watch build from ground up (ie. purchasing all parts individually), you'll need to be sure that you have a crystal gasket. If you need to purchase a crystal gasket separately, we do sell these (under our "Tools & More" section).
If you're purchasing a watch case from us, we bundle it with all necessary gaskets, including the crystal gasket.
We use a mixture of lume on our hands - 95% C3 and 5% C1. This ratio allows the hands to look white-ish when in normal light, with a strong green glow in the dark. The colour of the green glow is very similar to Seiko Lumbirite.
Drilled lugs are holes at the lugs drilled completely through the watch lugs, that allows the easy release of the springbars by poking a sharp tool through them. This allows you to swap out bracelets and straps a lot more conveniently.
Our dials are designed to work with movements that are designed for a 28.5mm dial diameter.
They will be compatible with these movements: S26, 7S36, 4R15, 4R35, 6R15, NE15, NH25, NH26, NH35, NH36, NH35A, NH36A, and more.
Some of the Seiko watch models that our dials will be compatible with: SNK803, SNK805, SNK807, SNK809, SKX007, SKX009, SKX011, SKX013, SKX015, SKX017, SNZF15, SNZF17, SNZF19, SNZG13, SNZG15, SNZH55 and more.
Our dials come with 4 feet at the base of the dial, allowing it to be used for either 3 or 4 o'clock crown positions. To fit either crown position movement, just snip off the 2 feet accordingly.
Even if you don't see your watch movement/model here, there's a chance that it will still be compatible with your watch. Drop us a message here if you'd like to clarify.
The movements that we currently sell are not regulated. We sell them as-is, direct from SII (Seiko Instruments Inc). However, we've received feedback that our movements have improved accuracy over the stock Seiko movements.
There are a few things to consider when deciding which movement you'd like to purchase.
What dial is being used?
If it's a No Date, or Date Only dial, it doesn't matter if you choose a NH35 or NH36, as the day and date wheels will not be visible anyway.
What case is being used?
If it's a 3 o'clock crown case, it will be directly compatible with both our NH35 and NH36 movements, which are designed to be used with 3 o'clock cases. It just depends on which complication you'd like. NH36 is Day/Date, NH35 is Date only.
If it's a 4 o'clock crown case, our movement will still fit into the case.
However, for the NH36 (Day/Date movement), the DAY wheel will be misaligned, because NH36 movements are designed to be used with 3 o'clock cases. Only the DAY wheel from the NH36 will be misaligned. The DATE wheel will most likely be aligned with the day/date window of your dial.
To fix this issue, you'll have to source for a day wheel from a watch movement that is designed to be used with a 4 o'clock case. Most commonly, this is a 7S26 as they are relatively cheap and easy to find. You will then have to swap in this day wheel onto your NH36.
