Am I liable for VAT, duties and other import tariffs?

Short answer, no!

The EU is removing its €150 duty-free import threshold. From 1 July 2026, duties and VAT apply to all parcels entering the EU regardless of value.

All product prices shown are inclusive of VAT — what you see is what you pay.

All EU orders now ship Delivered Duties & Taxes Paid (DDP) so you can shop for your favourite mod parts with confidence!

Duties are settled at checkout before your order leaves — you won't pay anything extra at the door. No surprise customs bills, no courier handling fees, no risk of your parcel being held at customs.

What you'll see at checkout

  • Orders under €150: a flat rate of €3 per item category on the Duties line (From 1 July 2026)
  • Orders over €150: standard country-specific duties based on item type on the Duties line

Am I eligible for free shipping?

Important Update on Standard Shipping (As of 1 Jul 2026):

Due to recent changes to EU customs regulations, we’ve had to temporarily adjust the shipping options available for orders to the EU.

At the moment, EU Customs require shipments to be sent using a DDP service that allows us to handle the applicable import duties and customs charges on your behalf, so you won’t be asked to pay unexpected charges upon delivery. Unfortunately, our standard postal service does not currently support this shipping arrangement, so FedEx is presently the only available option for EU orders.

We understand that this may result in higher shipping costs for some orders, and we’re actively looking into additional shipping options that can support the new requirements.

Free Standard Shipping is eligible for all orders above SGD100 (approximately 66 EUR).

How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?

Express Shipping: 2-4 working days

Standard Shipping: 10-14 working days (subject to unforeseen Postal Service delays)
