Wanted a black date wheel for my baby Sumo build. Great quality and fitment to an NH movement.
I'm not usually a fan of dates on watches, so wanted to make mine more subtle. The black background enabled me to do this and am really satisfied with the result.
This was my first watch mod (that involved removing the movement anyway). With the right tools, taking my time and referring to a YouTube I actually found it relavtively easy considering the size of what I had to work with.
Would recommend this mod to anyone.

Good product except the printing was not as solid as it should be (and has been on other Namoki wheels I've gotten). It's quite noticeable when working on the watch, but not when assembled and worn / under the crystal.
I love having the kanji day of the week showing on the build I bought this for. Works great and does not have the alignment issue for the 3.8 stem position that can happen if you accidentally use a disc aligned for the 3 stem position.
This is a very well-made day disk. I've replaced white one on my watch for a black/white look. Superb!

The day wheel I received was white in the center and looks like its been sprayed black on the edges. It is inconsistent at the blend between black and white too. The dial I was hoping to use is one of Seiko's transparent dials so this is all visible. Be aware that this is different from the displayed image on the website.

Had my standard date wheel swapped out for this one as the dial had a 4.5 date window, works well, there when you need it and disappears when you don’t.
Looks just like OEM disk. Works well.
