GMT-Uhrwerke sind großartig, da sie die einfache Anzeige mehrerer Zeitzonen ermöglichen. Diese zusätzliche Funktionalität hat jedoch oft ihren Preis – die Gehäusedicke. Die für die GMT-Funktion benötigten zusätzlichen Zahnräder und Komponenten erhöhen naturgemäß die Höhe des Uhrwerks, wodurch die meisten Uhren mit GMT-Funktion klobiger sind als ihre Standardmodelle.
Deshalb haben wir das NMK356 SSK Slim Saphirglas entwickelt. Speziell entwickelt, um die Gesamtdicke Ihrer Seiko SSK zu reduzieren. Es ist für die Installation mit unseren SSK Slim Bezels und einem flachen Lünetteneinsatz konzipiert, um Ihnen die schlankste SSK-Modifikation zu ermöglichen, die möglich ist.
In Kombination mit einem flachen Lünetteneinsatz lässt sich eine SSK-Version mit einer Dicke von nur 12,3 mm realisieren – sie ist damit 10 % schlanker als die serienmäßige SSK mit einer Dicke von 13,6 mm!

Great slim crystal with excellent AR coating and clarity. I tried the domed version first, but the flat crystal works dramatically better on the SSK.
The most transformative upgrade. The domed profile adds depth and elegance, while the AR coating preserves clarity. It gives the watch a more considered, cohesive presence than the original Hardlex.
Excellent, inexpensive, upgrade for my SSK003. Really good quality crystal that is a perfect fit. Also, a very easy upgrade as the crystal can be replaced without removing the bezel. I recommend a good pair of tweezers to remove the old crystal gasket, and a sturdy crystal press. No more unsightly scratched cyclops. I honestly think the Hardlex was scratched within weeks of owning the watch.

The SSK and SRDP have only a few things lacking. Spending $45 to upgrade to a sapphire crystal is a no brainer. This slim domed crystal fits perfectly on the slim bezel I bought from Namoki. Great clarity with minimal reflection.
