These fat spring bars are designed to fit with your Seiko watches with a 22mm lug width.

These fat spring bars have shoulders/flanges unlike the OEM Seiko spring bars, which makes removing them a whole lot easier.

We sell our fat spring bars in pairs (ie. 2 spring bars per set).

Great to have on hand!
