I tend to order Namoki cases because they're very consistent quality. When I design my parts, I know that I can drop my movement in the case whenever it arrives as a final step. For this build, I used a Miyota 6P80 quartz movement with moon phase complication, a custom movement holder, my own custom made dial, the gold polished GS dress watch bundle, and a matching gold slim caseback. Everything fit perfectly with no extra play or pressure. It would have been nice to be an 18mm or 20mm lug width as there are more band options, but I was able to find an appropriate blue band to match my dial.
Finally got around to installing these and wow! That fill up a dial in a good way. Easy to read and fantastic presence in the case. Super happy with the way they look on this build!
These new Namoki cases are fantastic. I have only ever worked on SK007 or SKX013 cases before, so I wondered what the experience would be. Answer? exactly the same. No fitment issues, everything lines up perfectly, and the styling is awesome. Totally different feel while still being the same parts you are familiar with. Amazing Case!
The Knurling on this is perfect. I've gone with standard coin edge before, and since I have no nails, sometimes pulling the crown out is a pain. This is just the right amount of bite to be easily grabbed, while also looking super cool. Love it!
Used this in my black on gold diver build. Wanted to bring in a sense of a submariner style. The laser etchings do just that, give a bit of structure without distracting from the silver. I'm super happy I chose it!
Having just used a Namoki NH35 for a different build, and having it be -3 seconds per day unregulated, I was ready to have to work on this one a bit. Nope it was +4. Either way, works perfectly and couldn't be happier.
